The Corris Cafe - A Gluten and Vegan Friendly Cafe with Free WiFi

The Corris Café is one of the great places to eat North Wales and Mid Wales has, it was a finalist in the Mid Wales Tourism Awards for the Best Place to Eat. It is also one of the most creative places to eat, surrounded by 9 craft workshops and next to the award-winning King Arthur's Labyrinth and Corris Mine Explorers underground attractions. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors. 

Serving delicious food and drink, locally sourced and fresh produce is used across the menu where possible. During the winter we're now serving food, drink, and meals all day so if you are looking for a place to eat between 10am and 4pm (last orders from the kitchen at 3.30pm) call by. This is also a dog friendly cafe, with dogs allowed in the Corris Café and the Welsh Deli too. 

The Corris Café has wonderful views of the densely wooded hillsides of the Corris valley – this is where the underground attractions are hidden.

At the Corris Café we source the finest local produce from across Snowdonia, Mid Wales and North Wales. It's fresh and seasonal, creating delicious food and drink. Mouthwatering dishes are served throughout the day and include our ever popular all-day breakfast and our Burger Menu with Welsh steak, Welsh lamb, and Welsh sausages. We're a vegetarian and vegan friendly cafe, with vegan burgers available amongst other options. You can also enjoy freshly made soup, hot pasties, sausage rolls, breakfast baps, a range of sandwiches, pasta dishes, bangers & mash, kitchen baked scones and a range of cakes. Try the delicious coffee, hand roasted in north Wales and freshly ground by our trained baristas, a range of teas, hot chocolate and a selection of cold drinks.  Check out our menu. During the summer holidays, we also have a pop-up Ice Cream and Dessert Parlour where Mario's award-winning Welsh ice cream is served. You will also find hot Belgian Waffles and a selection of fully loaded ice cream milk shakes.  

Linked from the café, through an archway, is a vibrant Welsh Deli stocked with a tempting range of Welsh food and drink much of which has been grown, reared or produced just a few miles from Corris. You will also find the Café's award-winning Bara Brith. Many of the products found in the Welsh Deli have been awarded a coveted True Taste award. You will find a good selection of Welsh cheeses including cheddars, goats cheese and other soft cheeses, butter, milk, pates, preserves, honey, jam, biscuits, cakes, apple juice, sauces, dressings. There's also a range of Welsh whiskeys and liqueurs, 34 different bottled beers, 11 different ciders and much more. Welsh food and drink Gift Hampers are now available, or you can make your own bespoke hampers by choosing from our growing range of produce. Christmas hampers are now available too.  Come along and find a little taste of Wales to take away with you or to give to someone special, they make great presents.

Come in for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea; hot and cold meals are served throughout the day. This is also cafe with WIFI, that is free for you to access. Fabulous afternoon teas are now being served. These decadent treats are made to order and should be booked in advance. Please call the cafe on 01654 761584.

The Corris Café can seat up to 80 people, making it a perfect Snowdonia restaurant meal stop for coaches and groups. Further seating is available outside, much of which overlooks the small children’s play area, ideal for keeping an eye on your little ones. High chairs and a bottle warming facility are available.
