Location
Situated on the main A487 between Machynlleth and Dolgellau. There are regular buses from Machynlleth, Dolgellau and Aberystwyth to Corris. T2 stops right outside.

PARKING:
There is ample free car parking. Blue badge spaces are within a few yards of the main entrance.
TOILETS:
Disabled toilets for both men and women are available. Baby changing facilities are available in both the male and female toilets. A dedicated disabled toilet accessible by a RADAR key is available.
THE TOURS:
Once you have checked in or purchased your tickets at reception, you will be given full instructions about your tour.
King Arthur’s Labyrinth and Corris Mine Explorers
Our underground attraction takes you deep beneath the mountains of southern Snowdonia and into a time of Myth and Legend.

Capabilities
Due to the nature of the tour, this experience is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. All visitors must be able to walk unaided for ½ a mile. There are no places to sit down on the tour, visitors must be able to always remain with the group. We ask that visitors allow 1 hour for their visit. Before entering the Labyrinth there is a short walk into the mine; if at this point you are assessed by our staff not to be suitable for the tour you will be given a full refund.
We do have a weight limit on the underground boat please contact us if you have any questions.
Age
We have no minimum or maximum age for visitors underground. All visitors must adhere to the safety provisions: Wearing a helmet at all times and keeping up with the group at all times.
Parents of young Children
Front carriers only are allowed in the Labyrinth. Hard hats must be worn and please ensure the child is wrapped up warm. We ask that if the child becomes unsettled and loud; please move away from the group so not to disturb the other visitors. Further information can be found on the website.
Dogs
We do not allow dogs into the underground tours. This is primarily for the safety of the dog and other visitors. If you have a registered Guide Dog please contact reception before making your booking.
Conditions
The mine is a consistent 8ºc all year round regardless of the weather outside. We ask that all visitors dress appropriately. The floor is uneven in places so please wear sturdy footwear. The tour is dimly lit. There are some flashing lights underground.
Equipment
All visitors will be issued with a hard hat.
Facilities
King Arthur's Labyrinth is based at Corris Craft Centre. On site we offer 9 Craft Workshops, a Café, Welsh Deli, small children's play area, and two other attractions: Corris Mine Explorers and Welsh Legends Maze. There are NO toilets underground. Male, Female, Disabled and unisex toilets are available onsite. Baby Changing facilities are also available. Corris Craft Centre is dog friendly.
