Bards’ Quest

More stories can be found above ground in a further attraction, Bards’ Quest.

In ancient times history and stories were passed on by Bards and Storytellers, which kept them alive. But, with the passing of time many stories have now been either lost or forgotten.

The Bards’ Quest challenges you to explore the paths of time and to search out the hidden tales. Once discovered, stop and be enthralled by some great stories from Wales.

Enjoy the one about March the Lord of Lyn and his closely guarded secret - he had ears the size and shape of Mules’ and of John Gethin who, as his candle burnt and wasted away so did he...

Bards’ Quest can be explored at your leisure. The paths of time are suitable for all ages and can be explored with a push chair and by wheelchair users.

As a guide, it is suggested to allow 45 minutes to explore Bards’ Quest; to find and to enjoy all of the stories.
