Bards' Quest Access Statement
Open 17th March 2008 to 2nd November 2008 10.00am to 5.00pm (last tour).
Located in Corris Craft Centre.
Situated on the main A487 between Machynlleth and Dolgellau. There are regular buses from Aberystwyth, Dolgellau and Machylleth to Corris. Bus No. X32 stops outside and No. 34 stops at Braich Goch Bunk House which is a walk of only a ¼ mile along the main road.
There is ample free car parking with blue badge spaces within a few yards of the main reception.
Disabled toilets for both men and women are available together with baby changing facilities. There is room for a wheelchair but limited space for a carer.
Tours of the Bards' Quest are self-guided and the Maze can be explored at leisure. Prams and pushchairs can be easily manoeuvred around the Bards' Quest maze. Wheelchair access into the Bards' Quest is on level gravel paths.
Guide dogs, only, are allowed at their owner’s risk.
Discounts available for groups of 15 or more.
